I turned on my lava lamp the other day for the first time in ages. As I sat staring at it, mesmerized by the floating blobs within, I had a vision...Since the bulb in a lava lamp is in the base, I tried to make it look like the globules were being lit from below. I'm reasonably happy with the way that came out.

yeah this is awesome! seems like you have been more productive and imaginative since pulling the plug on your "devil box" (cable TV).
