Holy Sequel!

This week NBC announced they're producing a sequel to the History Channel's epic miniseries The Bible that aired earlier this year. Yep, a sequel.

The new miniseries is reportedly titled A.D., Beyond The Bible. It tells the story of a resurrected Jesus who leads the rebel fleet in an all-out attack against the forces of the Empire and the second Death Ark. Or something like that.

If the series is a success, look for NBC to start pumping out more sequels such as Schindler's List Part II, Thelma & Louise Ride Again and The Further Adventures Of Titanic.
