Punctuation Is Important, Kids!

Saw this headline on the interwebs this morning. Forget about which side you're on in the upcoming election for a moment, and give a good look at former First Lady Barbara Bush's statement there.

Wouldn't it have been infinitely better—  and much less cringe-inducing—  if the closing quotation mark came after "Trump?"

Or maybe it's not the mistake of a harried copywriter who's doing the work of six employees after his company downsized, and Babs reeeeeeally isn't a fan of the 19th Amendment.
