R.I.P. Dick Miller

Sad news for B-movie fans: Actor Dick Miller died this week at age 90.

You may not know the name, but you'll definitely recognize his face, as Miller was the best of the "Hey, It's THAT Guy" character actors.

Miller appeared in over 180 movies and TV shows. As a character actor, his roles were usually brief, but he had the ability to elevate anything in which he appeared.

One of Miller's first parts was in Roger Corman's A Bucket Of Blood, in which he played a dimwitted serial killer named Walter Paisley. After that, any time Miller would appear in a cameo or walk-on part, he'd name his character Walter Paisley as a little in-joke!

Miller had the best kind of showbiz career there is. As a character actor, he didn't have to worry about his looks, and could keep on working well into his old age. In fact he was still working occasionally up to last year!
