Saw this new restaurant here in town last week.
Obviously since it's a Japanese restaurant, the "Sake" in the name is supposed to be pronounced as "sah-kee," like the drink. But every time I see it I just read it as "sake."
So whenever I drive by here, I can't help but think, "We're crazy for Crazy Sake!"
The official spelling of sake doesn't have an accent over the "e," but in this case I think it needs one anyway, for clarity's, er, sake.
Thanks to my pal KW Seifert for showing me this place.
