As if Barry Allen (aka the Flash) didn't have enough to worry about with all this Cicada business, his driver's license expired today!

Today's apparently also his birthday. Happy 30th, Bartholomew!

Note that according to his license, his hometown of Central City's in the USA. I guess it must be like Washington DC, and isn't located in an actual state.
