I messed with the background on this one for a long time, trying to get a 1950s cartoon look. While working on it I accidentally made one of the skyscraper layers transparent and liked the way it looked, so I made the rest of the layers transparent as well.Drawn in Photoshop with the graphic tablet.
Your background here is fantastic! So is the character!
